Bohemian Rhapsody, the most remarkable dynamic and sentimental music, at any time!

By James Albert

Queen's most popular and legendary track, Bohemian Rhapsody is definitely played at virtually all events and is one of the English rock band's most well liked tunes. Released in 1975 and topping the singles chart in the UK for many weeks, this legendary rock song is a mixed audible joy of ballad, hard rock, awesome vocals and extraordinary musicianship.

Today, the popularity of the Bohemian Rhapsody Lyrics has not waned - in fact, this 6 minute long design is played at the majority of wedding ceremonies, birthday parties, night clubs and is usually the last tune played in numerous 70s period clubs throughout the world.

The relaxing opening vocals, accompanied by the ballad section, then guitar solo, opera, heavy metal and rock then outro all combine to generate one of the greatest rock masterpieces of all time.

Introductory Vocals - The Bohemian Rhapsody lyrics are precisely what make it so unique. The haunting intro with incredible masculine harmonised vocals singing the enigmatic lyrics "Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?" is among the list of most symbolic intros to virtually any rock track of pretty much any kind of time period.

Ballad - Freddie Mercury's vocals and piano solo ballad at the beginning of the track is the 2nd "layer" which usually creates the impressive build-up for the remainder of the song. In reality, the song is composed of many tiers and musical genres, and it is this use of levels which makes the record truly unique.

Guitar - Brian May's dynamic electric guitar solo bridge gradually increases the powerful feeling of the song, and further emphasises Bohemian Rhapsody's lyrics, particularly powerful ones such as "Sometimes I wish I'd never been born at all". The numbing power and passion of the electric guitar solo contributes gravitas to the words much more.

Heavy Metal - Quick, staccato piano chords interconnected with small and large choral vocals, with "Galileo" repetitions give the record a weird and overall two-minded impression to it. The rapid lyrics, harmonies and vocals quickly build to a hard rock section which is the crescendo of this particular dynamic song.

Outro - The outro echoes the intro and brings the song to a nice close, using the lyrics "Nothing really matters to me" hauntingly closing the master piece.

The song is an amazingly powerful and sentimental record of the 70s rock time period and is one of the ultimate rock tunes of the time, if not of all time. Whether you're a Queen fan or not, you can't help but love this multi layered powerful piece of music.
