By Shirley Phillips

You are the center of your universe. Everything and everyone you encounter is a reflection of your unconscious mind. It has been said that the world is our mirror. The world as it presents itself to us, cannot be your mirror because you are kind and loving and a being of light. How does this work with the mirror? When you were born, you knew yourself to be divine, perfect and whole. For more on the magic healing power, visit the inner reflections IL Oregon.

If BEing on earth is all about 'living the experience, ' we realize later on, that what we did, or knew, was what we understood at that time. We can always look back and see how we could have done something differently. Having compassion for ourselves is what embracing any situation teaches us. And that is what we need to remember when we create misunderstandings. It is about BEcoming vulnerable to leave one's comfort zone to grow ~ withIN.

What most of us see are two worlds - one outside with our eyes. The other world, unfortunately, is one that emotionally challenges us. What I have found is that a buildup of negative thinking can stem from a variety of sources, environmentally, politically, and personally.

One may hear some "clever" minds out there replying, "I am not like that", or "my mind does not work that way", or "I only have wholesome and positive thoughts", or even better, "I am too busy 'living' to bother with these questions".

Two people living together will inevitably encounter some kind of resistance that will create tension. A relationship can be very exciting when two people explore 'the inevitability of change' as a good thing. This can only occur when blaming another ceases, and both parties are willing, yes willing, to see the mirror of an issue from both sides. Conflict resolution comes from identifying the pattern at play, which shows each party what he/she needs to address in himself, with the support of the other to grow.

They are exploring a variety of spiritual traditions. Many of them are rediscovering how to relate to the teachings and concepts of Jesus Christ. But this is not their parents' brand of traditional Christianity. Young adults find Jesus' example of pure love for others touching something deep inside them. For those willing to spend time reflecting on the person and teachings of Jesus Christ, they are discovering that it cleanses us, restores us, renews us and sets us on a right path. It is only through such deep thinking and inward reflection that we will find the spiritual strength needed to survive in such a harsh world.

Connect to your heart, and as you focus and observe that area, breathe in the Light from your auric field. On the out-breath, send love to that place. Do this several times until you have a shift in feeling. Surround it and penetrate it with the light as you accept it is there. Where your attention goes, energy flows. You will feel a shift, sometimes subtle, sometimes complete.

Falling out of love is a misperception when most people have a fantasy about their partner. How often do people truly connect from who they are? Relationships are an opportunity to BEcome intimate with your 'Self, ' in order to embrace your 'self.'
