Look for a place with enough space that will accommodate your movement and enough stretching. A warm-up relieves you from the tension that might lead to nervousness and muscle attack.

Keep cool. Avoid getting yourself nervous through enough exercising and ensuring you know what you need to do for the event. Keeping cool is crucial to develop your confidence which shows you know what you are doing in front of the judges.

Have courage in front of the judges. Do enough practice that will enable you to perform in front of the audience during the event. Eliminate any fears that you may have.
